The Danish Labour market model

In Denmark wages and working conditions are settled according to the Danish labour market model. The labour market is not regulated by law, but by collective agreements between trade unions and employer organizations.

TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne - Employers' organization

TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne is the Danish mechanical and electrical contractor association. We are the only organisation with 100 pct. focus on the technical installation sector and represent approx. 4,100 companies specialized in the field of mechanical, electrical and technical installations. Further more TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne negotiates collective agreements within these areas.
